Laura O’Kelly is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 25 years of clinical and leadership experience specializing in neurological rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury recovery, and stroke rehabilitation.
She currently serves as Director of Physical Therapy in a large skilled nursing and neurorehabilitation facility treating complex neurological conditions.

Dr. O’Kelly has served as an adjunct professor in Doctor of Physical Therapy programs and is recognized as a NYU Master Clinician and APTA-credentialed Clinical Instructor.
She is also the developer of the Rudimentary Observed Cognitive Assessment (ROCA) tool and co-author of research published in Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
